FAQ: Does Interview Training Masters guarantee I get hired?
A: ITM is not able to guarantee you get hired. The program we discuss can be applied to multiple interviews.
FAQ: If I don't get hired do I get a refund?
A: ITM is providing a service, which is to develop an Interview strategy, process to execute the strategy, questions and closing techniques. Once the service you select begins, there are no refunds.
FAQ: Why can't I arrange a consultation right before an interview?
You absolutely can, however this strategy is best with preparation and effort from the interviewee. For best results we recommend you have at least 48 hours for your preparation.
FAQ: Why do I need to take notes?
A: I suggest you take notes on the process and questions to assist your mental preparation.
FAQ: When are you able to schedule consultations?
Monday thru Thursday between 4 and 8 pm. Depending on what you select, plan for 30 - 60 minutes.
FAQ: Do I have to implement these changes and strategy?
A: No, everything we will discuss is 100% voluntary, this strategy is designed to separate you from the other candidates. This may take you out of your comfort zone, but that is why you engaged me.
FAQ: Do you schedule consultations on Saturday or Sunday?
A: Weekend Appointments are available by appointment only and there is an additional charge of $20
FAQ: What types of interviews are best for your services?
Office, Engineering, IT, Professional Customer Service or Professional classification roles.
FAQ: What job classifications do not align well for your services?
Retail, Facility, Trades, Medical, Collections do not align well and the cost / benefit factor is low.
FAQ: Do you need a job description for the conversation?
A: Only required if you are signing up for the Resume/Description alignment service.
FAQ: Do you make suggestions on content for the Resume Refinement service?
A: Yes, you will recieve the resume back with suggestions. Ultimately you will have to make changes to your resume.
FAQ: How do I start the process?
